A few things to know before your first number.
Can one number receive codes for multiple services?+
Numbers are sold for a specific service. Use only for the service on your order. This is not a universal second phone number.
How long can I use a number?+
Expiry varies by number and is shown after allocation in My numbers. A project's stated validity is not the remaining term. Do not use these numbers for permanent account recovery or long-term two-factor authentication.
Can I get a refund if no SMS arrives?+
Allocated numbers are non-refundable. Receiving an SMS does not guarantee third-party verification. Check the service, number type and terms before buying. Payment-platform rules and applicable legal rights still apply.
Can I renew a number?+
Online renewal is not available yet. Keep an eye on expiry; do not depend on receiving messages after the term ends.
